Planning is an HRM function that allows managers to develop standards and policies for employees to ensure that the company adheres to regulatory demands. Most companies expect much from their workers. Hence, these organizations prepare their employees to deliver perfect results. Leading and maintaining morale is an ideal strategy to boost employee productivity levels (Malik et al., 2020). Motivated workers assume the sole responsibility of assisting their employers to achieve shared goals and vision.
